Delta – D Type Fire Doors

It is a crash-rated, tested and certified solution for controlling heavy-duty vehicles. The design and construction include heavy steel sections with mild steel skirts and covers. The top plate is a checker sheet anti-slip plate to withstand an axle load of 15-20 tons.

The blocking segment shall be secured into a subsurface mounting frame and will be rotated through 35~ 43 degrees to secure the roadway. On impact, the forces exerted on the blocking segment should be partially absorbed by the structure, with the balance transmitted through the substantial frame and into the reinforced foundations. The segment is designed to absorb/withstand impacts from small and large commercial vehicles like Cars, Vans, SUVs & and other higher chassis vehicles.

Single Leaf

Single leaf Fire protection doors are fabricated to be installed in commercial areas. The standard size for single leaf is 3×7 ft. & 4×8 ft. The door optional accessories include Panic bar, handle, lock, hinges etc.

Double Leaf

Double leaf doors are installed in industrial facilities, towers, health care centers, educational institutes etc. The accessories include vertical or horizontal panic bars, Vision panels, and optional louvers etc.

Locally Fabricated

The core of the locally fabricated is economical solution having mineral rockwool, multi layer honeycomb or ceramic wool etc. The door finishing is painted as per customer specified requirements.
