Types – Full Height Turnstiles

It is a crash-rated, tested and certified solution for controlling heavy-duty vehicles. The design and construction include heavy steel sections with mild steel skirts and covers. The top plate is a checker sheet anti-slip plate to withstand an axle load of 15-20 tons.

The blocking segment shall be secured into a subsurface mounting frame and will be rotated through 35~ 43 degrees to secure the roadway. On impact, the forces exerted on the blocking segment should be partially absorbed by the structure, with the balance transmitted through the substantial frame and into the reinforced foundations. The segment is designed to absorb/withstand impacts from small and large commercial vehicles like Cars, Vans, SUVs & and other higher chassis vehicles.

3 & 4 Wing Single Lane

We are providing single-lane options in 3—and 4-wing configurations. The standard 4-wing rotates at 90 degrees and configurations, and the 3-wing rotates at 120 degrees.

Our 3 & 4 Wing Double Lane solutions are designed for both IN & OUT security control purposes. The dual lane option is versatile and suitable for a wide range of parametric security applications.

TURNMEX Single lane Quadra is a secure and flexible solution for indoor & outdoor installations. The Qudra U-Shaped Rotor is available with 3 & 4 wings configuration.

Full-height turnstiles, approximately 7.00 ft., are a highly secure choice for Access and Perimeter Security. Their robust and flexible design is combined with a reliable operating MEXLOCK mechanism.

They can be integrated with a wide range of biometric access controls. They are a complete solution for Time and attendance, IN/OUT, and Access Control. They can also be operated in accessible mode or through manual push.

These are available in various combinations & manufacturing materials, including Uni & bi-directional configurations combined with single or double lanes. Finishing is available in Stainless steel as standard and mild steel as optional.
